We are happy to now produce a page of foals by Innishfael Dragon for you to enjoy. Dragon is now a 85% overo color producer... and he seems to produce the maximum overo pattern consistently on sabino mares! In addition, he has produced 60% dilute coloration on top of the pinto coloring. In looking at the consistency in conformation, type and color of his foals, we could not be more pleased with Dragon as a sire. Not only that, but Dragon's first colt, Innishfael Maximus, just was awarded World Champion 2 and Under Pleasure Type Horse at the 2009 Pinto World Show. 2009 has started off with a bang! Our first Dragonlet is a Palomino Sabino Pinto colt!!!! This one is a full brother to Innishfael Maximus (seen below) and is just as typey as his brother. Here are some photos at three days old. Innishfael Oro has front stockings that go up to his forearms, hind stockings that go up to his belly, some side spots, belly spots and white going up under his chin to his throatlatch. Can you just imagine how flashy this colt will be in the show ring? !! Our second Dragonlet is here! Born on May 12, 2009, and out of ASU Marifa, this filly was a complete surprise - she is another maximum overo filly, a chestnut medicine hat! She is as pretty as can be - see for yourself! Our third Dragonlet of 2009 is finally here! Born 6-20-2009, this colt is buckskin, minimal overo. At first we thought he was a solid colt, but we have found a small white body spot on his left side. While he is not pinto registerable right now, he may be in the future as he grows and the spot gets large enough to qualify.
2008 colt - maximum overo chestnut colt, dam is a chestnut sabino Arabian, owned by Innishfael Farm. Reserve Champion first time out in the halter ring at the MN Pinto Futurity. This colt will be retained for our show string. Now a WORLD CHAMPION
2008 filly - lost during gestation - white stockings, belly white coming up sides, dam is a solid chestnut Arabian 2008 colt - maximum overo palomino - dam is palomino Welsh sabino mare. This colt is owned by Lightning Ridge Ranch of AZ 2008 filly - buckskin, minimal overo but enough white to qualify for Pinto color registry - full sister to 2007 filly above.
